Alnodt Privacy Policy — How We Handle Your Personal Data

Your personal information belongs to you. This policy explains exactly what Alnodt collects, why we collect it, how we keep it safe, and what control you have over it. We've written it to be clear and direct — not buried in legal language you'd need a lawyer to decode.

Quick summary: Alnodt collects only the personal data needed to run the platform, process your transactions, keep your account secure, and comply with our legal obligations. We never sell your data to advertisers or data brokers. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing at any time by contacting support@alnodt.com.

Section 01

Who We Are and How This Policy Applies

Alnodt is an online sports betting and casino platform available at alnodt.com and through our mobile web interface. We are the data controller for all personal information collected through the Alnodt platform. "Alnodt", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the Alnodt platform and its operating entity.

This Privacy Policy applies to every person who visits, registers with, or uses Alnodt's platform — including casual visitors who browse without registering, registered members who have not yet placed a bet, and active members using the full Alnodt product range. It covers personal data collected through the website, mobile web browser, and any future Alnodt apps.

By using the Alnodt platform you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand how your data is used. If you have questions about any part of this policy before registering, you can email us at support@alnodt.com and we will respond promptly.

This policy is written for users in Pakistan and uses language appropriate to Pakistani users. Where Pakistani data protection law and practice differs from international norms referenced in this document, Pakistani law and Alnodt's specific practice as described here takes precedence.

Section 02

What Personal Data Alnodt Collects

Alnodt collects personal data in three ways: directly from you when you register or use the platform, automatically when you use the platform (for example through cookies and server logs), and from third-party identity verification or payment providers where necessary.

2.1 Data You Give Us Directly

  • Registration data: Full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address (if provided).
  • Identity verification (KYC) data: Copy of your CNIC or other government-issued ID document, selfie image where required for face-match verification.
  • Payment data: Mobile wallet numbers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay), bank account details for IBFT transfers, card numbers (stored as encrypted tokens — Alnodt never stores full card numbers).
  • Communication data: The content of any messages you send to Alnodt support, complaint submissions, and any feedback you provide voluntarily.
  • Responsible gaming preferences: Any deposit limits, loss limits, or self-exclusion settings you apply to your Alnodt account.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser data: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and language setting.
  • Usage and session data: Pages visited on Alnodt, games played, bets placed, time and duration of sessions, features accessed.
  • Network data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP (city/region level — not GPS), internet service provider name.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: Session identifiers, preference cookies, and analytics cookies. See Section 5 for full cookie details.
  • Transaction logs: Full records of all deposits, withdrawals, bets, game rounds, and balance movements on your Alnodt account.

2.3 Data From Third Parties

  • Payment confirmation data: Transaction reference numbers and confirmation statuses received from Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and card payment processors.
  • Identity verification responses: Pass/fail status from third-party KYC verification services where used. Alnodt receives a verification result, not a copy of your full ID document held by the third party.
  • Fraud screening signals: Risk scores from fraud detection services based on device fingerprint and behavioural patterns. These are used to protect your account and the platform.

Why Alnodt Collects Your Personal Data

Every piece of data Alnodt collects is collected for a specific, genuine purpose. We do not collect data because it might be useful one day. Here is what we use your data for and why each purpose is necessary:

  • Running your account: We need your registration details to create and manage your Alnodt account, verify your identity, process logins, and link your wallet to your profile.
  • Processing transactions: Deposits and withdrawals require your payment details. Transaction logs are maintained for accuracy and dispute resolution.
  • Verifying your age and identity (KYC): Alnodt is an 18+ platform. We are legally and ethically required to verify that users are of legal age. KYC documents are used for this purpose.
  • Keeping the platform secure: Technical data and fraud detection signals help Alnodt identify unauthorised access attempts, detect multi-account abuse, and prevent money laundering through the platform.
  • Providing customer support: Your account data and communication history is used by the support team to investigate queries, resolve disputes, and assist with account access issues.
  • Responsible gaming compliance: Betting patterns, session duration, and financial data are used by Alnodt's responsible gaming systems to flag potential problem gambling indicators and apply limits where requested.
  • Platform improvement: Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps Alnodt understand how members use the platform, which features are most used, and where the experience can be improved.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance: Transaction records, KYC documents, and account logs are maintained for the periods required by applicable law and may be disclosed to competent authorities if legally required.
  • Marketing communications: With your permission, Alnodt may send you information about promotions, new games, or betting markets. See Section 10 for full details and opt-out instructions.
Section 04

Legal Basis for Processing

Alnodt processes personal data on the following legal bases, depending on the purpose:

  • Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil the agreement between Alnodt and its members — including running the platform, processing bets, and managing accounts.
  • Legal obligation: Processing required by applicable law — including KYC requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, and data retention requirements mandated by law.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing carried out for Alnodt's genuine business interests where those interests do not override members' privacy rights — for example, fraud detection, platform security, and platform improvement analytics.
  • Consent: Processing where Alnodt has specifically asked for and received your permission — primarily for marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Section 05

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Alnodt uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and mobile web platform. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Here is how Alnodt uses them:

5.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Alnodt platform to function. They maintain your login session, remember your language preference, and keep the bet slip functional during a session. You cannot opt out of these cookies and continue using the platform.

5.2 Performance & Analytics Cookies

These cookies collect anonymised data about how Alnodt pages are used — which pages load slowly, which features are most accessed, and where sessions tend to drop off. This data is used only to improve the platform. Alnodt uses a self-hosted analytics solution rather than third-party analytics that would send your data to external servers.

5.3 Functionality Cookies

These cookies remember choices you make on the Alnodt platform — for example, your preferred odds format (decimal or fractional), game lobby view settings, and notification preferences. They improve your experience but are not essential to platform function.

5.4 No Advertising Cookies

Alnodt does not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not allow advertising networks to place tracking cookies on our platform. Your browsing behaviour on Alnodt is not shared with advertisers.

You can manage cookie settings through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies from specific websites. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to your Alnodt account.

Section 06

Who Alnodt Shares Your Data With

Alnodt does not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any commercial third party that would use it for their own business purposes. Personal data is shared only in the specific circumstances described below.

6.1 Payment Processors

To process deposits and withdrawals, Alnodt shares the minimum necessary payment information with your chosen payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank (for IBFT), or the card payment processor. These providers receive only the data required to execute the transaction and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

6.2 Identity Verification Services

Where Alnodt uses a third-party service to assist with KYC verification, your identity document and/or selfie image may be shared with that service for the sole purpose of confirming identity. Alnodt uses only services that are contractually bound to strict data protection standards and that do not retain your documents after verification is complete.

6.3 Fraud Detection Services

Alnodt works with fraud detection providers that analyse device fingerprint and behavioural signals to identify suspicious activity. These providers receive anonymised or pseudonymised technical data — not your name, CNIC, or financial details.

6.4 Legal and Regulatory Authorities

Alnodt may be required to disclose personal data to law enforcement, financial intelligence units, or other competent authorities if required by law or a valid legal process. Alnodt will notify you of any such disclosure where legally permitted to do so.

6.5 Business Transfers

If Alnodt is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its business, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. If this occurs, Alnodt will notify affected members in advance and the new entity will be required to honour this Privacy Policy.

Your data is never sold. Alnodt generates revenue from betting margins and game house edges — not from selling member data. We have no commercial interest in monetising your personal information with third parties.

Section 07

How Alnodt Keeps Your Data Secure

Alnodt applies technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risks involved in handling personal and financial data. The measures currently in place include:

  • 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and Alnodt's servers. The padlock in your browser confirms this is active.
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive personal data including identity documents, payment tokens, and account credentials. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard methods.
  • Access controls: Alnodt staff access to personal data is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Access is logged and regularly audited. No staff member can access your full card number or CNIC without going through a documented approval process.
  • Penetration testing: Alnodt's platform undergoes regular security testing by independent security professionals to identify and address vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
  • Incident response: Alnodt maintains a documented security incident response procedure. In the event of a data breach that affects members, we will notify affected users as quickly as possible and within any applicable legal timeframe.

No system is 100% immune to security incidents. Alnodt strongly recommends that members also protect their own accounts by using a strong, unique password, not sharing login credentials, and enabling any additional security features offered on the platform.

Section 08

How Long Alnodt Keeps Your Data

Alnodt retains personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a defined period after account closure. Specific retention periods are set based on the type of data and the legal and operational purpose it serves:

Section 09

Your Privacy Rights on Alnodt

As an Alnodt member you have meaningful rights over your personal data. These are not just theoretical — you can exercise them by emailing support@alnodt.com with your request and we will respond within 14 days in most cases.

Right to Access
You can request a complete copy of the personal data Alnodt holds about you. We will provide it in a readable format within 14 days.
Right to Rectification
If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request a correction. You can update most details directly from your Alnodt account settings.
Right to Erasure
You can request deletion of your personal data. Alnodt will delete it where no legal obligation requires us to retain it. Transaction records may need to be kept for the retention periods in Section 8.
Right to Restrict Processing
You can ask Alnodt to stop using your data for certain purposes — for example, if you dispute the accuracy of data while we investigate, or if you object to legitimate interest processing.
Right to Data Portability
You can request your personal data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) so you can take it to another service. This applies to data you provided directly to Alnodt.
Right to Object
You can object to Alnodt processing your data based on legitimate interests. We will stop unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.

To exercise any of the rights above, email support@alnodt.com with your full name, mobile number registered to your Alnodt account, and a description of your request. Alnodt will not charge a fee for rights requests and will respond within 14 calendar days. Complex requests may take up to 30 days — we will let you know if that applies to your case.

Section 10

Marketing Communications

Alnodt may send you promotional messages about new games, betting markets, bonus offers, and Alnodt promotions. We will only do this if you have opted in at registration or in your account settings. Marketing communications from Alnodt are sent via SMS to your registered mobile number and/or email if you provided one.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Going to your Alnodt account settings and toggling off marketing preferences.
  • Replying STOP to any SMS received from Alnodt.
  • Emailing support@alnodt.com and requesting removal from the marketing list.

Opt-out requests are processed within 5 business days. After opting out you will continue to receive essential transactional communications — for example, deposit confirmation messages, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts. These are not marketing and cannot be switched off as they relate directly to your account activity.

Note: Alnodt will never send unsolicited WhatsApp messages, cold calls, or any other form of outbound marketing to non-members. If you receive a message claiming to be from Alnodt and you are not a registered member, please do not engage with it and report it to support@alnodt.com.

Section 11

Third-Party Services and Links

The Alnodt platform does not embed third-party social media buttons, advertising widgets, or external content that would send your data to other companies without your knowledge. All content on alnodt.com is served from Alnodt's own infrastructure or from tightly controlled CDN services used only for performance (serving CSS and JavaScript libraries).

Where Alnodt works with third-party service providers — payment processors, KYC services, fraud detection — those providers are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that restrict their use of your data strictly to the service they provide to Alnodt. They are not permitted to use Alnodt member data for their own purposes, sell it, or share it with other parties.

Alnodt is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites that may be linked to from our platform in the future. This policy applies only to alnodt.com and our directly operated services.

Section 12

Children and Minors

The Alnodt platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Alnodt does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. Age verification is conducted at registration and, where necessary, through KYC document checks before withdrawal.

If Alnodt discovers that personal data has been collected from a user who is under 18, that account will be immediately suspended, any deposits will be returned to the source payment method, and all data associated with the account will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required for fraud investigation purposes.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on Alnodt, please contact us immediately at support@alnodt.com. We will investigate and act within 24 hours of being notified.

Section 13

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Alnodt reviews and updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or our data processing practices. When significant changes are made, Alnodt will notify registered members via SMS or email at least 7 days before the updated policy takes effect.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. We recommend checking this page periodically. Minor updates — such as correcting typographical errors or clarifying language without changing substance — may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Alnodt platform after any update to this policy indicates your acceptance of the updated version. If you disagree with any change, you may close your Alnodt account before the effective date and request deletion of your data subject to our retention obligations.

Alnodt's Privacy Commitments — What We Actually Do

Policies are only as good as the practices behind them. Here are the six things Alnodt does in practice to protect your personal data every day.

SSL Encryption on Every Connection
Every page on alnodt.com and every data transfer — logins, deposits, bet submissions, withdrawals — is encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Your data cannot be intercepted in transit. This is active 24 hours a day, not just during financial transactions.
Your Data Is Never Sold
Alnodt earns from betting margins, not from selling member data. We do not share your name, mobile number, betting history, or any other personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or commercial third parties for their own use.
You Control Your Own Data
Alnodt members can request a copy of their data, ask for corrections, opt out of marketing, or request deletion — all by emailing support@alnodt.com. Requests are responded to within 14 days. No forms. No waiting queues. A real person handles it.
Strict Third-Party Contracts
Every third-party service Alnodt works with — payment processors, KYC providers, fraud detection services — is bound by a Data Processing Agreement. They can use your data only to deliver the service they provide to Alnodt. Nothing else. No exceptions.
Minimum Data Collection
Alnodt only collects the data it actually needs. We do not ask for your home address, employment details, or social media profiles. Registration requires a name, mobile number, and date of birth. That's it until KYC verification is required for large withdrawals.
Opt-Out Marketing at Any Time
Alnodt never sends unsolicited marketing to people who haven't agreed to it. If you opt in and later change your mind, you can opt out instantly from your account settings or by replying STOP to any Alnodt SMS. Processed within 5 business days.
