Alnodt Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Before getting into the substance of these terms, here are the key definitions used throughout this document. Understanding these will make everything below easier to follow.

By registering an account on Alnodt, by logging into an existing account, or by placing any bet or playing any game on the Alnodt platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Alnodt and confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Alnodt platform. Continued use of Alnodt after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

You must meet all of the following conditions to use the Alnodt platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Alnodt does not permit anyone under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is permitted for personal use.
• You must be a natural person — companies, organisations, and automated accounts are not permitted to register or place bets.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the Alnodt platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Alnodt uses automated systems to flag accounts that may belong to minors and conducts manual KYC reviews for accounts where age cannot be confirmed from registration data alone.

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one registered account on Alnodt. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or on behalf of another person — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Alnodt account. This includes your real name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for account termination. Alnodt cannot be held responsible for errors in your account caused by incorrect information you provided.

4.3 Account Security

Your Alnodt account credentials — including your password and any linked mobile number — are your responsibility. You must not share login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Alnodt support immediately at support@alnodt.com. Alnodt is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Alnodt may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or when fraud-detection systems flag a review. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification process but will not be forfeited unless fraud is confirmed.

Alnodt accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods:

• The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method limits may apply.
• All deposits are credited to your Alnodt wallet instantly or within the processing time of your chosen payment provider.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Alnodt does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply transaction charges — check with them before depositing.
• Alnodt reserves the right to refuse a deposit and return the funds if fraud indicators are present or if your account is under review.
• Deposit funds are held in segregated accounts separate from Alnodt's operating funds and are available for withdrawal at any time subject to these terms.

Alnodt processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal, though high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

6.1 Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 5 minutes in most cases, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 10 minutes in most cases.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Typically under 30 minutes during business hours; up to 2 hours on weekends.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business hours on average.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

You may only withdraw funds that form part of your real money balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. In addition:

• Alnodt may delay a withdrawal pending KYC verification. You will be notified if this applies to your account.
• If you have deposited via one method and that method supports withdrawals, Alnodt will return the funds to the same source up to the deposited amount before releasing remaining funds to an alternative method.
• Alnodt reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if it suspects the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, Alnodt will notify you and explain the process for resolving the hold.

Alnodt offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and the specific terms published on the individual promotion page at /promotions.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonus offers are intended for entertainment purposes and are limited to one per member, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonuses are credited as a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 12x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Qualifying bets for bonus wagering must be placed at minimum odds of 1.60 for sports bets and on eligible casino games at the contribution rates published on the promotions page.
• If you withdraw your real money balance before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Alnodt monitors bonus usage for abuse patterns. If Alnodt determines that a member has exploited a bonus by placing low-risk combinations of bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk (often called "bonus-hunting"), Alnodt reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on Alnodt, including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and all other sports. Product-specific rules (e.g., cricket settlement rules) supplement these general rules and take precedence where they conflict.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is confirmed and binding when Alnodt displays a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets submitted but not confirmed — for example due to an internet connection loss or an error — are not valid. Alnodt accepts bets at the odds displayed at the time of submission. If odds have changed before your submission was received, Alnodt will either confirm the bet at the new odds or offer you the chance to re-confirm.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

• Minimum single bet: Rs 500
• Minimum accumulator bet: Rs 200
• Maximum single bet: Up to Rs 5,000,000 on major match markets. Limits vary by sport and market and may be lower for less liquid markets.
• Alnodt reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time without notice.

8.3 Errors in Odds

If Alnodt identifies a clear and obvious error in published odds — for example, a market priced at a level that bears no reasonable relationship to the true probability of the event — Alnodt reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes. This applies whether the error was caused by a technical fault, a human input mistake, or a data feed problem.

8.4 Match Abandonment & Void Bets

• If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined, match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. DLS results are treated as valid results.
• If a football match is abandoned before the 90 minutes are complete, all bets are void unless a result has already been determined and the sport's governing body confirms that result stands.
• For all other sports, abandonment rules follow the relevant sporting authority's official rules. Bets on matches that do not start within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided.

8.5 In-Play Betting

Alnodt offers in-play (live) betting on most major sports markets. In-play odds are updated continuously and markets may be suspended at any time during the event. Bets placed during a suspension are not valid. Alnodt uses automated feeds and human traders to set in-play odds. Alnodt reserves the right to void in-play bets if there is evidence they were placed after an event outcome was already known by the bettor (e.g., feed delay exploitation).

Alnodt's casino and card game section covers live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and others) and virtual RNG-based games. The following general rules apply to all casino products on Alnodt.

• All virtual casino games on Alnodt use certified random number generators (RNG). The RNG is independently audited and the results are statistically random and not influenced by previous outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers in a physical studio environment. Results are determined by physical cards or equipment visible on camera.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, Alnodt's system records the last confirmed game state. Once the system recovers, the game round continues from that state or, if it cannot be recovered, the round is void and your stake is returned.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) rates for all Alnodt casino games are available on the individual game pages and are theoretical figures based on correct strategy. Actual results will vary.
• Game-specific rules (e.g., Blackjack rules regarding splitting, doubling, and insurance; Baccarat tie bet payouts) are published on each game's information page within the Alnodt casino lobby.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Alnodt platform. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and collusion: Colluding with other players, using insider information to gain an unfair advantage, or attempting to defraud Alnodt in any way.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to exploit pricing differences in a way that guarantees a profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated betting: Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or play games on Alnodt without prior written approval.
• Money laundering: Using Alnodt to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback through your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to Alnodt.
• Exploiting software errors: Taking advantage of any bug, glitch, or error in Alnodt's platform to gain an advantage, rather than reporting it to support.
• Misuse of promotions: Systematically abusing promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated use across households, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.

Alnodt may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• You request account closure — Alnodt will process this within 24 hours. Any real money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method.
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Alnodt reasonably suspects your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• You have self-excluded through the responsible gaming tools — your account will remain inaccessible for the chosen exclusion period.
• Alnodt ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.

When an account is suspended due to a breach of these terms, Alnodt will notify you by email or the contact details on your account and explain the reason. You will have the opportunity to dispute the decision through Alnodt's support process. Funds held in a suspended account will not be released until any investigation is complete, but will not be forfeited without evidence of wrongdoing unless specifically covered by these terms (e.g., bonus forfeiture rules).

Alnodt takes responsible gaming seriously. We build tools into the core platform rather than treating them as a compliance checkbox. All Alnodt members have access to the following controls directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose per day or per week. When the limit is reached, your betting and casino access pauses until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: Receive an alert after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play — you choose the interval.
• Cool-off periods: Take a break from Alnodt for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period you cannot deposit, bet, or play — but you can still withdraw your balance.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Alnodt. Alnodt will not market to you during a self-exclusion period. Reactivation requires a minimum waiting period and a formal request to support.

All content on the Alnodt platform — including but not limited to the Alnodt brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, images, and software — is the intellectual property of Alnodt or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Alnodt content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Alnodt platform for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to scrape odds data, automate interactions with the platform, reverse-engineer any software, or use Alnodt content on third-party websites or applications.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alnodt's total liability to any member for any claim arising from the use of the Alnodt platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Alnodt is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your gambling activity, whether or not Alnodt was at fault.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
• Delays, errors, or failures caused by internet connectivity issues on your side.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, fees, or declined transactions.
• Technical failures outside Alnodt's reasonable control, including power outages, internet backbone failures, or cyberattacks.

Nothing in this section limits Alnodt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Alnodt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Alnodt will notify registered members via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Alnodt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date — your real money balance will be returned to you in full.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of the terms, or updates required by law — may be made without advance notice.
